Recently, Pernod Ricard (Pernod Ricard) announced the launch of an electronic labeling system to improve the transparency of the content of its alcohol products and health information.
Pernod Ricard said the main purpose of introducing electronic labels was to inform consumers about responsible drinking.
The electronic label will be launched in Europe as a pilot project in July this year, and will be implemented in all Pernod Ricard brands by 2024.

Each bottle of Pernod Ricard will be accompanied by a separate QR code that, once scanned, will take consumers to a platform page where they will be able to browse items including: ingredients, nutrition, health risks , and guidelines for responsible drinking.
All content will be modified and changed according to the region to be more in line with local regulations.
