1. Wine glasses and servings
When drinking whisky, serve it in a classic glass. This wide and not deep flat-bottomed glass is more conducive to the expression of whisky style. The standard amount of whisky is 40mL per serving.
2. How to drink
Scotch whisky is drunk before or after a meal, neat, with ice, water or in cocktails. Irish whiskey tastes more mellow and moderate, so people rarely use it for net drinking, but it is generally used as the base wine for cocktails.
The more famous Irish Coffee is a hot drink based on Irish whiskey.
The method of making is to first warm the cup with an alcohol stove, pour in a small amount of Irish whiskey, ignite the wine with a fire, turn the cup so that the wine is evenly coated on the wall of the cup, add sugar, and stir the hot coffee evenly, and finally put it on the coffee. Add fresh cream and drink with a glass of ice water.
American whiskey is drunk in much the same way as Scotch whisky, sometimes with cola. Canadian Whiskey can be drunk before or after a meal, neat or mixed with Coca-Cola or 7-Up soda.
